That they misspell "ATL" on the main page of the website should tell about how likely this is to ever happen. Interesting concept though.

Until concrete is being poured, any proposal is just a concept. But that website does not exactly inspire any greater confidence in this project happening. It appears to be some sort of crowdfunding group that invests in medical related projects, none of which are anything approaching the scale of a 40-story high rise. When/if the developer of this proposal at least presents plans to the city or neighborhood, then I would consider it more seriously.

It is not downtown. It is in what someone tried to call SoNo, which never seemed to take. But is actually the western edge of the Old Fourth Ward. Our neighborhood alliance is the Fourth Ward West.
