Thumbs up Hapeville on the Rise!

Hopefully this project would add to the continuing growth of the area. With the new International Terminal in a few years and this development we could see some nice growth in the area.

this sounds like a great idea. It will be the perfect compliment to the business and residential growth that area is already experiencing. I hope he starts soon!

went to hapeville the other day. They're already starting the demolition of the site. Anyone think this will be successful?

Successful? Probably to some degree, but likely not to the degree they think it will.

You know, the biggest factor in economic development is the access of different business types to each other where there is some cross-over possible, according to an expert (who makes a very compelling case, I'm sorry I can't call his name).

This could be very successful. There are so many businesses that interface well with easy access to an airport, both commercial and retail. The worry would be, in my mind, keeping the noise down for the residential sector.
