I'm considering opening an upscale, niche retail store in Lilburn because I think that area of Gwinnett is underserved, however, when I drive around the Lilburn area I don't see any of what I would consider to be upscale retail or restaurants. My product is an affordable luxury, primarily for men, but a luxury nonetheless. The lack of any high-end retail or dining leads me to believe that residents of that area don't have much disposable income for any luxuries.
I appreciate all feedback. |
