I think it's different for different people. I receive friendliness in College Park and Sandy Springs but I might not receive it in East Cobb. People are only friendly when they are comfortable around you and that doesn't work as well in less diverse places where there's only one racial or income group. If we're only talking about CoA though, yeah it's pretty friendly all over.
