Yea I laughed when I saw that. BR traffic isn't that bad at all...New Orleans is way worse, especially since the influx a few years ago

I agree about New Orleans. I was there a few weeks ago and was not expecting their traffic to be such a pain! But it also could have been due to the weekend I was there (Labor Day).

Ah, that makes more sense. CoA commutes tend to be pretty alright, actually, as does getting around in the city itself.

No, Portland is anti-car so they don't spend on road infrastructure. They do invest in bike and transit infrastructure.
