Georgia gateway website replaced Compass, it does not work!

I cannot find a contact us section to give feedback.

Who can I email?

Each time has an error, keeps asking for password reset, errors in resetting password, then you have to call the 800# and keep looping through holds for a reset. Only to get a rep who makes you do the very same thing you were already doing.

Help.

If anyone who created the new site is reading this, please make some revisions.

Why are there two portals? One to see benefits and another to make payment.

Ironically the one to make premium payments works, but the one to see benefits does not.

And after suffering through the prompts and self selection on the 800#, the rep tells me I have to go back to the site and press to Create a new user if you are locked out.

I ask the rep why the website tells us to call the 800# if that is the only option, she does Not Know Why?

Website creator, please make changes.

Someone did a poor job.

I'm having an issue too. I put in my case number and it says it doesn't exist. Then I put in my info at the bottom of the form and it directs me to log in. But it says my password has expired. Then it says to click the link to reset password which then directs me to answer two of my security questions except that it only lists one of the questions. The second has a spot for it and number but no actual question so the password reset can not actually be completed. !&$&?@ Ugh!!

The website is going to be down for maintenance this weekend as well. Have you guys tried using different browsers or clearing your history and cookies?

My son has problems using the system for his medical but clearing the cookies and switching web browsers usually works.

Ga Gateway is not a user friendly website. This site is always having maintenance updates as well as not allowing consumers to access their accounts. I am unable to get any type of assistance with this site. I know of several people whom services have been cut off due to this new program called Ga Gateway. This program needs to be done away with unless ultimately that is the plan for people to lose their assistance.

I am told my password or username is incorrect and have to reset it every single time I try to log in. This has been happening for years and I don't know why it still isn't fixed! Today I did that and it reset successfully but then it told me that my log-in name was incorrect, so I verified that and it gave me the same name I used. Then it gave me security questions that looked like this;

Please answer the following security questions (you must answer all questions)
*
* Your favorite animal

(The first one as you can see had no question next to it but was blank).

I answered the second one and it told me I had to answer both. So I assumed that they were in order, so I put in the answer to the question that came before Favorite Animal and then it said it was correct but I still had to log in again at which time it said that my username or password was incorrect.

I went back to answering security questions and they told me one was wrong that I knew was right because I have them all written down.

So as not to get locked out I didn't try it again.

After this many gaslightings I am pretty sure that whomever programmed the site is messing with people. No website could be that stupidly built. It must be intentional to make some people drop off their benefit rolls. It's as if the algorithm is set to block you in each thing you try.

This has to stop. I am homebound and have numerous medical conditions and I just don't have the energy to keep redoing every part of my log-in each time I visit the website. This is not funny.

I tried calling customer service for the site at 1(877) 423-4746 and (of course) the agents are gone for the day.

This is beyond ridiculous. Republicans definitely do not want you to have access to any type of assistance. You may have to speak to a lawyer at this point.
