We've had Kaiser since the ACA was enacted( and Aetna dropped out), and are happy enough with it. The biggest issue I deal with is that specialties are not available in all locations, so if say you need to see a dermatologist while living in North Fulton, you may end up driving to Kennesaw or Sandy Springs. We've been satisfied with all the doctors we've dealt with, and it's great having both a lab and a pharmacy on site. Also, I've been given referrals to outside doctors twice, without even having to ask.
