I know that, if I had the money, I'd be buying up and preemptively developing land out that way too.

This looks like it'll be great, though!

This makes that new 500k+ townhome development on Parkway sandwiched between section 8 Boulevard housing less absurd

I would be all over land there too and actually developing it... if I had that sorta investment money.

Looking at Fulton County Property Map Viewer, they own more land than I thought. It's basically front row to the park.

I remember a few years back when I was still in college, looking at houses around this mixed-use project. They were dirt cheap but I was afraid to make a move lol oh well.
