And on Ponce there really isn't room to move over when that bus is 1-2 ft. in your lane and the people coming the opposite direction are on the line.
Can you provide the crash frequency of side swipes of cars and buses along that corridor; to back up your claim>

For vehicles who want to drive fast; it is not fine for peds, cyclists, and people waiting for the bus.

There is a slight difference between no space and not as much space. Buses fit just fine in a 10ft lane envelope, bike tend not to fit in a 0ft lane envelope, no matter how fit the rider is.

Seems fine to me. How many pedestrians or cyclists have been killed or been in accidents on that stretch?
Maybe you should provide some statistics demonstrating why its not fine.

(in case you haven't figured out, I'm mocking you and 4thwarden's comments).

I already see one problem with this plan: Only one left-turn lane from Peachtree onto Druid Hills. That turn can back up well past the McDonald's during rush hour. They need to find space for two turn lanes. Maybe drop northbound Peachtree Road to two lanes at Druid Hills instead of Dresden?

NDH goes to one lane almost immediately after that turn. You'd simply be trading one mess for a worse one.

Yeah. That's gotta get fixed too. At least through the Apple Valley intersection.

It would still be a situation like you have at Lenox and Canter Road, south of the MARTA station. People in the left lane panicking when they realize the left lane runs out at Canter and forcing their way into the right lane. People in the right lane getting pissed off and closing ranks on them. Until Lenox goes to four lanes all the way to Sidney Marcus, and NDH does all the way to Roxboro Road, the situation will be untenable.

I've never understood why Lennox Mall and Buckhead haven't pushed for widening Lennox Road. There has been a lot of new development and they haven't utilized that to get right of way.

When the new interchange at GA 400 and E. Paces that goes directly into the Lenox parking lots is completed, it will take a lot of pressure off Lenox Road and the current Lenox/400 interchange north of this new exit.
