Charter Spectrum Internet and phone went down today around 5 AM in North Gwinnett. Phone is back up, but still no internet. One would expect a company to provide an update on such a
widespread outage . Is anyone else having issues? Anyone know what is going on?

I'm not getting some channels here in Smyrna. Also for some reason I'm not able to access ESPN.com via Charter Spectrum internet but I'm able to access other sites just fine.
