Remember the guy who proposed the multiple high-rises just outside of Gainesville, some big high-end resort type area along Lake Lanier featuring multi-million dollar condos? It would be great for Atlanta to support building something this tall that is residential. Perhaps the city isn't ready yet.

The city is flooded with townhomes of every kind at the moment. Its pretty telling that there have only been a handful of condo projects despite the incredible amount of development the city has seen this decade.
