The development, referred to as SoNo on Peachtree, will include a 75,000-square-foot office building and an up to 300-unit apartment building. The office component will house 13,000 square feet of retail, including a weekend farmers market.

Details of the project were presented to the Downtown Atlanta Development Review Committee on Thursday...

Probably the surface parking lot at Peachtree and Renaissance Pkwy.

And maybe that building next to it.

Hmm. But the renders seem to show it being built in the middle of a block with existing buildings around it:

Edit: after further review of the surrounding buildings I think this has to be on the same block as the former Peachtree Pine shelter itself. Right in between the former shelter and the Shakespeare Theater. And the residential part on the 496 Courtland parking lot in the back.
