I mean a live work play community. Nothing similar is nowhere near that area of town. Actually Cobb and Gwinnett would be able to support their own version.

Doesn’t matter if Toro would have pitched in funding or not, since the idiotic Fulton County people blocked rail to Alpharetta, even though MARTA wanted to do it and planned for it.

Avalon will at least at some point be ‘BRT’ connected, with the dumb transfer at N Springs.

Not saying you're wrong, but at least Atlantic Station came with Bus Lanes, and Midtown CID is planning a trail connection to the Amtrak Station.

That's more than Avalon can claim for now..
