Did your window unit have any particular type of gas in-between the glass panes? Sometimes specialty gas is used to insulate the windows, and if that's the case, you need to go to the window manufactuer.
If there is not gas and it's just a standard insulated unit, it's easier to do. Costs for replacing a double pane insulated unit can range from $90 to $150 depending on the company, typically. If the unit is next to or above a door however, by code it would need to be "tempered" glass (safety glass that breaks into tiny pieces), and you can double that cost if it has to be tempered.
Send me a personal message if in a couple of weeks you haven't been able to find someone. The company I work for is capable of doing these, however, we typically don't deal with the public, and right now we're backed up at least 2-3 weeks on commercial jobs of varying types.
