for such a small town I noticed a lot of Homes for sale. from 200 K to 400 K theres like 200

30024 is a large zip code in area with a large population and many subdivisions.

Mainly because it is Gwinnett County. est 2008 ending population - 770,000
A small land mass county that holds a population larger than the states of:

Delaware
South Dakota
Alaska
North Dakota
Vermont
and Wyoming

Your going to find many homes, plus Suwanee is right smack in the geographical center of the county.

They are probably too high also. Tell your agent to check comps in your area to see if anything is selling and at what price.
