That doesn't make the neighborhood pyscho
Now their reasons for wanting to be re-zoned are a different story IMHO.

The elementary schools are also being rezoned within Brookstone also, the whole area got re-districted.
That was my point. Yes, no one likes to be re-zoned (but in Metro Atlanta, people have to accept that it is a fact of life)...but the reasons for the Echo Millians was totally different than the Brookstone people.

I would never put the Brookstone people in the same category as Echo Mill.

My brother lives in Camden Pointe and they love it. You can get a pretty big house for the money. They have been rezoned to the new school. Pickett's Mill, Allatoona High but it should be really nice and the schools are all good around there. They are very convenient to shopping such as Publix and Kroger and then not far off the path of 41 where everything is new such as SuperTarget, Kohl's and MORE...there is also an Avenue not too far from there. HOA dues are not bad and it is swim and tennis. Most neighbors are transplants from all around. Everyone keeps their yards up (HOA) will make them.

Resale seems to keep their value in that neighborhood. Now getting to 75 can be a bit of a nightmare.

Seems to be close to everything except maybe getting to the mall. Now that seems to be a different story everytime we are there. Very nice area though!
