Sounds like there's another place then. Because, as I was on the housing market until recently, a particular builder in unincorporated Dekalb had a major investor withdraw support and the company hasn't rebounded since. In fact, I am not sure they have a license to work with as they restructure; some folk kept their contracts because time's not an issue but most folk cancelled.

This said, I look forward to other people contributing responses to your thread.
No you’re talking about Core Homebuilders. Had a client that had a contract there so I definitely know it had absolutely nothing to do with a Greenhaven.

You meant Greenhaven will add another layer of government.

Neighbors Against Greenhaven, Citizens in Opposition to Greenhaven and DeKalb Strong February 26, 2019 Meeting at Rehoboth Church was a great success. The attendance was huge, standing room only. There was a ton of information and we’d like to get this out to you as soon as possible. Presentations were made by Claudette Leak for Citizens in Opposition to Greenhaven, Daniel Walker for Neighbors Against Greenhaven and Marjorie Hall Snook for DeKalb Strong, who are opposed to Vista Grove.

Greenhaven now using racially charged language stating their “right to vote”
The Lie – “Right to Vote Denied”
Too many people suffered and died to obtain voting rights for all, and no person of good conscience ,who believes in civil rights for all, would support denial of any citizen’s voting rights.
Legitimate voting rights concerns are evident around this country, but voting rights issues are diminished when used in the context of advancing a cityhood cause.
We support voter rights everywhere, but take issue that failure to create the city of Greenhaven rises to the level or merits of denying voter rights.
Imagine Greenhaven launched a disgraceful campaign creating a false narrative that “your right to vote is being denied”.
Imagine Greenhaven takes a serious national and important issue of “right to vote” and uses it for their frivolous and self-motivated political gain.
Imagine Greenhaven is not entitled to approval of their legislation, and its failure does not make it a civil rights issue!!
There is a legislative process, but Greenhaven proponents have not accepted the process conclusions. They care nothing about your right to vote; they just want to create a new city, by any means they think
of.
The Lie is an insult to our intelligence and makes a mockery of legitimate and serious right to vote issues.

Why Is Greenhaven lying about “the right to vote”
D-I-V-E-R-S-I-O-N!
This is not a black, white, racial, or a voting rights issue. It is a green issue about your tax dollars – a common denominator for all of us.
Tactics used to bully, intimidate, and mislead legislators to vote on something not in our best interest
If we buy into the “denial of voting rights” lie, we are not talking about the limited services the proposed city would offer.
If we buy into the “denial of voting rights” lie, we are not talking about increased taxes.
If we buy into the “denial of voting rights” lie, we are not talking about the fact this proposed city is not financially viable.
If the product (Greenhaven) is so wonderful, proponents would focus meat on the bones of their sketchy proposal vs. a made up issue of denial of voting rights.

Black teachers sure aren’t. That is one of the most liberal racist enclaves. I know 2 former black teachers who say that was one of the worst experiences they’ve had in their teaching career. Whistle parents mistaking them for anything but the teacher. Other teachers being dismissive and administration not supportive. You obviously are just talking out your
