PEI WEI is a Counter-serve Pan-Asian chain for health-conscious noodle & rice dishes & more. Its kinda like Panda Express. But down in Florida they have Pei Wei located all across the state. I was surprised it's only location in Atlanta is in the airport???
Not sure why they haven't expanded into the Atlanta market, they have great food and it's always made to order which means it's fresh! Love this place, they need to add more locations

My wife would do backflips if they opened a Pei Wei here. There's one in Memphis, TN, where my parents still live, and we make that one of our stops every time we are there. I cannot believe they don't have a location outside of the Airport (which is a limited menu).

According to the below article, Pei Wei is planning to expand throughout Georgia (eventually).

https://srsre.com/media/pei-wei-asia...atlanta-market

I've had a Pei Wei a couple of times and I wasn't a fan. That said, it's always nice to have additional food options.

This appears to be an article from before they opened the airport location, and I don't see anything about expanding "throughout" Georgia.

I was mainly going off this sentence:

"We are honored to be part of their entry into this market and look forward to finding them perfect locations."

With "entry" and "locations" meaning that would only be the first of several locations.

The lack of fast casual or fast food Asian chains is a missed opportunity.

Gosh, they are plentiful in DFW. Every burb has at least one. Can't believe they haven't expanded in Atlanta. Owned by the PF Changs people. One of my favorite places.

Last visit home didn't seem like Chipotle had a lot of outlets in Atlanta. Almost like Starbucks here. Is that still the case?

Chipotle is currently expanding right now.

New locations will be opening in Stockbridge and Newnan later this year.
