Hello, I am looking to become a licensed real estate agent in Georgia.

Can you suggest some places where I can complete the requirements to become a real estate agent in an affordable way. Prices seem to be all over.
  1. I prefer an online course.
  2. How much should I budget, cost and time wise.

thanks

I'm going to private message you because I'm not sure if we're allowed to recommend businesses like that but I consider it a school anyway.

Metron,

Georgia MLS offers an online course and also serves as, well, one of the main local Multiple Listing Services. The fees posted are for the course and sitting for the class exam. There's also a weekend cram course that costs a little more and a fee to sit for the state exam. The time required will depend on you and how much you contribute to the course.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission is another good resource.

I second this! I hear it's quality and affordable.
