Anyone live in or near Cumming Subdivision Manchester Park or Manchester Court?
I ask because these two subdivisions are minutes from 400 exit 14. I noticed in the Manchester Park Subdivision there are at least 10-12 home for sale ranging from 170k- 230k. In the Manchester Court subdivision there aren’t as many homes for sale, the house look smaller but the listed prices are higher. I was hoping there was someone on this board who would be able to provide some insight into why this is so. |

Manchester Park has mostly two-story homes which are a little less costly since it's easier to build up than out. They appeal to young families and singles and range in square feet from 1775 to 2400. Manchester Court is directly adjacent and is mostly ranches that appeal to singles & empty-nesters and range in sq.ft. from 1780 to 2068 in general. Both communities are well-maintained and close-in to the City of Cumming. As a local realtor, I will be glad to send you more info if needed.

I was just curious about the overall differences.
