Going on 2 years...and still looking.

Saw a new single family home community recently, called Stonewood Creek, currently in early phase I of development. It is located on the Acworth/Dallas county line off of Hwy 92, also close to Cobb Parkway. It falls in the Paulding County school district. Starting in the 200s. I fell in love with the Westminster and New Haven models.

Brayson also has two other communities that struck my interest:
* Northwoods and Southwoods at Mirror Lake, located in Villa Rica, Douglas County. Starting in the 200s.

* Oakdale Ridge in Smyrna, Cobb Cobb county. starting in the mid-300s.

I am married and we have kids= 10 yr, 5 yr, and one on the way. Hubby works in downtown Cobb County. Looking to commute no less than 45 mins.

Any insight about school districts? Best appreciation for homes in the long run for all three areas? Culture? Commute?

Downtown Cobb County? Maybe the Marietta square? If so, that should be within 45 minutes.

Brayson homes builds nice ranch-style plans.
