What about the 60% of COA residents who commute to work outside the city?

What about the gazillions of drivers who are simply passing through on the downtown connector?

What about all the policemen, school teachers, firemen, urban planners and other city employees who live outside the city but are required to work in the city limits?

I also just think overall solving our transportation issues would be better handled as a region united instead of more divide.
Could not agree with you more.

I don't know about that...so if someone wants to go from let's say Gwinnett to Cherokee and want to use 85 to 75, they'd have to pay a fee? I guess if the fee isn't too high, people may not mind. There is just so many drivers coming from the suburbs though and constantly passing through the Atlanta (not the local roads but using the highway). I do wonder how this would affect businesses. People could use public transport more often I suppose.

ARC has no teeth to actually enforce or hold jurisdictions to their plans.

All of this.

Lets be real, this is out of spite.

If this was about anything else we would have actual commuting option in this metro other than driving.

These people agreeing aren't fooling anyone.

Except, all those places have commuter option. Lol, how do people keep ignorimg that giant elephant in the room when trying to compare?

Is it fair to slap a new tax on thousands of transit employees and city workers who have to commute into the city just to get to their jobs?
