Default Moving To Duluth!! Help!!!

Hello,

I'm currently living in S FLa- Miami Lakes area and will be moving to the Duluth area in GA. We (me and my husband) are looking to rent a 1/1 apt. We are a young couple of hispanic descent, make decent money, and like peace and quiet. I was wondering if anyone can offer some insight/suggestions on the rental communities in the area. We are looking for a quiet/safe/diverse place.

Thanks to anyone who can help

Well althought we are getting ready to move, you could check out some of the apartment off Satellite Blvd. I would look in the area more towards the Sugarloaf area. You can also check out Merritt at Satellite. It's a nice, quiet complex.

Default welcome to Duluth

I've been living in the Lawrencevill/Duluth area for over 15 years and would recommend you to look into the Mcgginnnis Ferry corner of Peachtree Industrial Blvd. if you want peace of mind. I wouldn't recommend the Club Dr area due to increasing downturn of the Gwinnet Mall Area.

Default Think before you make your move

Why would you want to leave beautiful Miami, FL to relocate to the metro Atlanta area? Duluth is a nice place but the condition down in Miami is much nicer, great weather all year around, if you do move you are definitely going to miss it down in miami. If you want to move to Duluth, you should get an appartment between sugar loaf and satellite blvd. Pleasant hill and peachtree industial is a great area also.
