I'll also say to a pair of young guys... tracking them, recording them, and making eye-contact like that could be equally threatening and that is why they act out... even if improperly so.


The bad thing about driving is people get angry at each other all the time, because they can't communicate and people feel wronged by being cut off or a car speeding up only after you try to safely pass them, etc... Things people don't even realize. Often it is small things like that spiral out of control and if both cars are following each other, making eye contact back and forth, etc... It starts to feel like to both sides that they are the victim.


So I don't know how to feel about this video. Both ways seems equally plausible, especially given the age of that guy in the window.
I've had it happen to me too and even worse once by an adult woman in an SUV. A lot of people on the road are jerks and dangerous. Its not necessarily religious.
