If you have a child in high school the Alatoona High School might be the best bet, though i don't know anything about Woodland Hills. I have a co-worker whose neighborhood will be redistricted to Alatoona and she was mentioning that people are "falling over themselves" (her words not mine) to get their kids into Alatoona. For pure resale value it may be a better option. It is supposed to be one of the most technologically advanced schools in metro-atlanta.

I live in euharlee just outside cartersville and our schools are great. Woodland highschool is one of the top schools around here. The houses are priced well!! As im selling mine for 146000 4/3 plus office and pool. everyone is entiled to their oppion but not all schools are bad here.
