"Local" mumble rapper 21 Savage isn't really from Atlanta...or the US. This guy is actually here illegally, from the UK

I actually thought this guy was from the streets of Atlanta and grew up with the hard knock life. Turns out this guy faked everything, lol. He came here at 12 and overstayed his visa.

I always knew that Brits were better actors than Americans but this is icing on the cake. This guy's accent is straight ATL trap and there's no trace of UK in his accent.

Most on this board aren't familiar with 21 Savage but this is a funny story.

Come on. Read the entire story. He's been here since he was 12. Were you trapping at 5?

His parents screwed him over big time.

It sucks, but I don't feel too badly for him. He's rich (which means he can easily apply for citizenship the proper way if he wants) and there are far worse countries to be deported back to than the UK.

He won’t get citizenship easily with a felony drug conviction. Nor should he.

Ah, I wasn't even aware of the bolded.

If that's the case, I have even less sympathy for him.

His father's a doctor in the UK . I don't care about the trapping stuff, he should have just been honest instead of trying to be some goon.

He's going to be deported. I mean, that felony that he has is serious when it comes to this immigration paperwork. He'll be straight though since he has money and the UK isn't a bad place to be banished to.

Umm...why stop at him? When bieber was in the US and causing mayhem, they never deported him. Deportations need to be done without discrimination.

There's probably no trace maybe because the amount of annoyance/(maybe even bullying I dunno) his accent got him in school/elsewhere. People tend to associate "properness" with a British accent and I'm sorry but in school here, me speaking proper English was a problem at many schools I attended. It's like if you didn't speak like them you were othered and made to feel bad.
