Be fair, arjay. He got married and found Jesus since his egg-throwing days.

The law is not a salad bar; you can't pick and choose.
I'll remember that the next time you post about smoking a blunt with your friends in violation of federal law. I'm sure whoever supplied the bud never committed a felony.

And it's not like he was an infant or toddler. At 12 years old, you're pretty conscious about what's going on around you. There's no way he didn't know about his citizenship status, even if he personlly couldn't do anything about it until he was 18.
I didn't know **** about citizenship in freaking 6th grade. I was more concerned with playing Sega.

Well either I was advanced or you were slow at 12 years old (no offense).

I knew I was born at Hutzel Hospital in Detroit, MI long before I was that age. If I was in a certain environment for so long, I was curious enough to ask my mom how I ended up there by the time I was old enough to talk.

Lol, nice attempted jab but unless you were a genius or close to migrants or something you did not know what a H1B , EB-5 Visa or any of that stuff was at 12 dude - most adults can't even really tell you. Knowing where you live and what hospital you came from is obvious.

It's funny how people come online and try to flex.

" I knew all about immigration law at 12 you dunces".

None of what you say has anything to do with my point.

Not only did he lie about being from Atlanta ever since he moved here, but when he turned 18, he didn't even bother to get his immigration status resolved himself (he waited until he was ****ing *25*).

And I find it very hard to believe that a reasonably intelligent person at age 12 (an age where you're now thinking about physical activities that adults engage in) was not aware of their surroundings and did not question them.

Yes, his parents screwed him big time while he was a child, but he's grown now. The onus to fix the bad situation is now on him.

Why are you defending liars and people who failed to take some personal responsibility for their life circumstances?

Questioning his surrounding =/= understanding immigration law or how citizenship works.

Someone had to teach him that specifically for his situation in order for him to know or even have a starting point to investigate.
