Southside connector should be 65 from the merge of I-75/85 @ GA-166 all the way to I-20, 55 through Downtown (currently its 45 and its ridiculous to expect drivers to do 45 through there.) and 65 again after they split just north of 17th Street.

If you use the HOV lane anywhere on the connector, regardless of the speed limit, if you're not doing 75 or higher you're going to have someones nose end on your tail.

Uh...the connector isn't limited to 45mph anywhere.
