For the purposes of potentially buying a house here in 2020, I would like to read up on Atl's plans for future development in varying areas ITP. This 'might' impact where I choose to buy.

Where can I find documents on the plans throughout the city for areas poised for development?

Too bad the link doesn't work because that is an awesome book...

Nevertheless, although it doesn't have many "documents" per se, you can find a lot of information about development plans (as well as lots of commentary) by following this real estate blog:

That’s more of a guideline to steer discussion for future development, not necessarily projects in the pipeline.

Google! Look up Renew Atlanta and More MARTA for infrastructure upgrades. Look up real estate development maps for new construction of buildings.
