Well Witch that is your right to be skeptical of my comments. As a matter of fact I would certainly suggest to folks that they don't listen to me anymore than they should listen to you.

I suggest to people that they do their own homework and don't believe what people post on these types of sites.

You are right, don't believe me but don't believe all the negative posts either.

Since you live so close by, I would be glad to show you how things really are at Hopewell Manor so that you don't personally have to continue to suspect my comments.

I wonder, steve, if the warranty department is paying such great attention to you because they know you're posting here about your experience.

I kinda hope so, because I intend to follow through with my contract to buy in Hopewell Manor, and it's pretty easy to tell who I am by my screen name, lol.

Start my build, guys! I want to be in it before next school year starts!

Fortunately I don't think that they are giving me any special treatment. I have been on them so much about the trash thing that I actually don't think they care much for me.

I feel very confident that you will also have a good expereince at Hopewell Manor. As you know mine was great and I have yet to find any neighbors who have had any type of bad experience.

We are very happy so far and I wish you all the same.

Let's meet-up sometime at the pool and welcome to the neighborhood!!

Oh yeah. I plan to do the same thing I did when I moved in this neighborhood--get set up and open my home for a big Meet The Neighbors party. I like to know the folks living around me, and I figure the best way to get to know them is to ply them with BBQ and beer, lol.

One of my buyer clients is building a home in Westchester Place as we speak. Through my advice as new construction buyer's agent, I informed the buyer to seek out a pre-drywall inspection. The buyer did have it inspected and there were some items that needed attention. The builder got right on it. That is exactly the kind of customer service that is expected.
