Pending relocation and in the market for something that would help me take the lesser congested direction in morning traffic, if there even is such a thing.

Curious what the location of Loring Heights (or surrounding neighborhoods) in relation to Morosgo Dr would mean in terms of an AM commute with a 7 AM start time.

I think this would be a relatively easy commute.

Turn right onto Peachtree off of Deering
Turn left onto the Buford-Spring Connector entrance ramp across from SCAD (I believe there is a dedicated left turn lane there)
Exit at the Piedmont Rd N exit ramp; right on Piedmont
1/2 mile to Morosgo Drive (turn right) across from the Lindbergh MARTA station and headquarters

Morning should be quick and reliable almost every day. Afternoons may be 20-25 minutes with variable traffic. I sometimes do a similar commute, Lenox area to West Midtown and sometimes my route goes by Loring Heights.

Loring Heights to Morosgo (Lindbergh), with a 7am arrival time in Lindbergh would be probably ten minutes at most. The afternoons will be a little longer, but I think the 20-25 minutes mentioned above would be on the absolute worst days. For reference, I make it from Doraville to the area around Loring Heights in about 30 minutes on a bad rush hour afternoon, and that is a much longer route.

Waze has a great feature where you can check on average travel times at different times of day. Use their website.

That's an easy drive.

If they'll get cracking you should be able to walk or bike it on the Beltline in the not too distant future.
