Yes, that is where the new construction is located. Very nice area, but homes are being built too close together.

Definitely Kennesaw for amenities, resale value, proximity to the 75/575 and express lanes.

I agree! I also had to take into consideration my family and friends traveling so far out to get to Dallas Ga! Its so rural where they are building new construction SFH..If we want to go out to dinner or just to get to downtown ATL, it would take almost an hour to get there. Thereís something to be said about convenience and easy access.

I think I just got carried away touring the new model homes..and I just loved the plan and size of the home, it had the indoor/outdoor living area that sits in a wooded site with no neighbors, total privacy. Each home is built differently. The new constructions in Kennesaw just didnít have those home amenities. I wish I could take the house out of Dallas GA and place it in Kennesaw
