I work in IT but have have real estate holdings so the net income pretax is 350-400 roughly.

On multiple occassions I've had it take more than 20 minutes just to get through that Clairmont/85 intersection. And never was there any obvious problem like a stalled car or an accident. Its taken as long as 45 minutes (one of those days when the whole city seemed to be clogged up). Now those times are not typical, but the side streets are no breeze. All of them will back up inexplicably at random times.
