I work in IT but have have real estate holdings so the net income pretax is 350-400 roughly.

Its taken as long as 45 minutes (one of those days when the whole city seemed to be clogged up). Now those times are not typical, but the side streets are no breeze. All of them will back up inexplicably at random times.
