A former animal feed mill in historic downtown Chamblee may be transformed into a food hall, restaurant and entertainment venue.

Atlanta-based Stein Investment Group is proposing to convert the now-vacant Manna Pro feed mill and silos at 5466 New Peachtree Road into a food hall (19,745 square feet), office (7,425 square feet), entertainment (21,982 square feet), and restaurant space (5,525 square feet total), according to plans filed with the city of Chamblee. Plans also call for construction of a rooftop patio with a new staircase for rooftop accessibility.

The 3.28-acre site is on the northeast corner of the intersection of New Peachtree Road and Chamblee Dunwoody Road. The elevated MARTA rail line and Norfolk Southern line run directly behind the property to the north.

Yes it’s a really cool building and the plan is to preserve as much of it as possible.
