Default Properties on Court House Steps

In the news they made mention over 7k properties going up for auction May 2nd in Fulton County.

How long do you have to present the funds to the court after bidding?

Anyone have a list of the properties?

Pretty sure they are due when they say you win the bid, certified funds.

Don't know how it is out there in GA, but I talked to a realtor recently here in CA about the process, and he said it is due right there, by certified check, as the previous poster said. If you took say a $300k check to auction, and your winning bid was $250k, they take the full check and cut you a check for the rest right there.
