You are about two counties away from a Wholefoods but maybe there are some lesser known farmers markets in that area?

Here's a recent thread>>>

If nothing else could you plan to visit Decatur/Atlanta every few weeks and stock up on the things you need at Sevananda/5 points and Rainbow Foods/N.Decatur Rd or the DeKalb Farmer's Market?
Contact UGA Home Extension Service and ask them.

I think you'll have a difficult time finding inorganic food as it is organic by nature. I may be wrong, you could have a taste for base metals and various plastics.
With that out of the way, just grow your own fruits and vegetables. I can think of no better was of assuring that your family gets good food.

Brit, if you drive East for a few minutes you're likely to find a more than a few venues for fresh, locally grown produce. The roadside fruit and veggie stands. The stuff that left the ground less than a few hours before being put on display is the best.
Stray from the beaten paths in Henry county and you will find a LOT of nice people, and places to get good food.
