Hello, I"m moving to Atlanta and need to start apartment search. I won't buy a house for a while so hope to rent a condo/loft/ or an apt. A few ppl mentioned inman park, candle park, and Decatur. Does anybody know a nice apartment complex ? My work will be in downtown and i don't like to drive a lot. Thanks bunch.

I have not been in these apartments as I do residential real estate, but I was in their club room as it acted as sales office for the condos next door.

The property is called N. Highland Steel and is located in Inman Park. You could literally walk to shops and restaurants. Here is the website Perennial Properties – Atlanta Area Apartments: N. Highland Steel Lofts

Also, check out the website for the neighborhood - Inman Park at Inman Park and the development that is across the street called Inman Park Village at Inman Park Village.

The closest MARTA Station (subway) is located at Inman Park/Reynoldstown. It is bit of a walk but a very short drive and it is a park and ride station so you can park for free.

The neighborhoods that your friend suggested are great. I am very partial to Inman Park since I live here
