Anyone know how the REDC home auction went at the World Congress Center?
There was an auction at the Ga World Congress Center over May 3-5. Is anyone familiar with how it went? Does anyone know if they are re-listing the homes that didn't sell?

Many people buy homes there for investment purposes and their own home. Being in the market we are in now I think many people are buying and still holding on for rental until the market turns around. We deal in a lot of foreclosure properties and we are dealing with more home buyers looking to purchase a home for a good price rather than investors. I would say 80% of our clients are buying to live in. Any homes that were purchased may be listed to sell soon.
