You're in such an eclectic area that the racial make-up of the neighborhood is probably not all that different from the country (ie, mostly white with the largest minority being black, etc). What makes it strange is that most of American neighborhoods aren't set up like that...

Try shopping either very late or very early in the day. My favorite time to grocery shop is either midnight or 7am.

Sorry to bump an old thread but does anyone know about the East Lake Terrace Neighborhood Association? when do they meet? I have a friend who is looking in that area and would like to attend a meeting. Also any info on the area would be great. Thanks!
