Default Calling Spacelord75!

Spacelord75,

I know that you live on/close to Dunwoody Club Drive. Did you see the house that burned yesterday? One of the gigantic ones in the Bill Grant neighborhood? Do you know any details on what happened or whose house it was? DM me if you'd rather.

CMMom

Yeah - talk about stressfull - my boss, who lives back behind me, said his wife called him about the fire and said it was near my house. Needless to say it was a nerve-wracking drive home! All I know is that it started in the cellar and the entire place is gutted. It started at noon and the flames were 30-40 feet above the roof at one point. Here is a brief story as well as helicoptor footage:

Really scary. I know that they owned a couple dogs and I hope they made it out somehow...I'm pretty positive no one was home at the time. This really hit close to home (literally) because I was recently messing around in my crawl space and I caught a wiff of gas - turns out we had a leak by our gas meter! Really makes you realize how tenuous our grip on normalicy is at any given point and time. I can't imagine trying to rebuild after something like that. I'll let you know if I hear anything else.

That is super scary! I guess it just goes to show that having money can't protect you from everything bad in life. I feel so bad for them; hope the pets are OK!
