Hi!
I realize this is a very specific question! I’m wondering about pros and cons to each and additionally they are zoned to two different elementary schools—-

I can see that ccos is gated and has golf course and falls is just swim tennis and not gated.

Any nuances I’m missing? Ty!

CCOS homes are going to be older, but bigger and more spread out...much larger yards. The Falls has nice houses and will be a good bit newer, but I always felt like they're right on top of each other. Many of the homes in CCOS have been renovated, and you can get much more square footage for the $$ compared to The Falls, or if you're open to do some renovations, there are usually good deals to be had (maybe not as much now during Covid, but in general). Both neighborhoods have a ton of kids and young families, The Falls probably gets the edge on this one for the shear numbers, but both have gobs of active young families and lots of kids. My kids go to Barnwell, and we couldn't be happier. I don't really know what school is slated for The Falls, but I'm sure it's good too. I guess it also depends on what's important to you. Do you want a bigger house with more yard, or something newer but a little more cozy? Do you golf, or focus on tennis, or neither? I don't think you could go wrong with either, but maybe you could let us know more of what you're looking for and what you aren't.

I still consider ccos catering for a higher class than falls of autry mill. There are very few houses sitting on 1 acre land in Falls anyway. Falls is next to Autry mill preserve and some houses can access the park, which is very attractive to me.

I should have added, please feel free to PM me if you have any more specific questions. I can give you a lot more insight for both neighborhoods...especially CCOS.

From what I've seen you wouldn't go wrong with either one.
