When looking at Atlanta Neighborhoods, Population Demographics, Maps & School Information - AJCHomeFinder.com (thanks to whoever posted the link, been a great help), what are the neighborhood(?) names (or town/area) that is bordered by the hwys 401, 407, and 400? What type of prices are found in that area?
Are those hwys know as the 401/407/400 or are they called 75/285/19? |

I believe you are referring to I-75, I-285 and GA400.
If you are asking what borders the inside of that loop I would say Roswell, Sandy Springs and Marietta. Going further north would be Alpharetta, Canton and Cumming. The price ranges vary depending on the area. The closer in to the city, the higher. Where will you be working and what type of home are you interested in? |

Okay, so it's I-75, I-285 and GA400. Not sure about work location, currently it's Sandy Springs but could become Marietta.
When I search Marietta, I seem to only get W of I-75. Searching Sandy Springs, I get pretty close to the I-285 and GA400 area. Was trying to find something btwn Marietta and Sandy Springs. Could do a 2+ bed, 2+ bath. Pretty flexible on style (ranch, bungelow, or newer) and size. The bigger factor is for the rooms to not be small and open floorplan is much better than non-open. We can see potential and DIY though. No need (or want) for formal dining and living room. Lot size is also flexible, could do large or small. No kids at home, so schools aren't a *huge* issue. We do understand and will consider that though (for resale and value purposes). Prefer to stay under 300k. |

There are several listings in that area in the high 200's and 300's. The majority of the homes on the market in that area are older but it sounds like you are flexible. I have no doubt you will find what you are looking for!

I am not sure where you are searching for homes - if you have the option of putting in zip codes try: 30067, 30068, 30062, 30075 and 30328. These are in between the Roswell, Sandy Springs and East Marietta areas. Hope that helps!
