Creekside at Lanier Springs, Buford (house, schools, art)

hi, there

I came from LA yesterday and tried to find a house here, I went to KB Home's Creekside at Lanier Springs in Buford, the house is very cheap and I checked schools are not bad at all, any one has some suggestion or information on this community? I would love to hear any input.... Thanks in advance.

All builders have their problems; it’s all in how the builder responds to the problems that really counts.

Advice: Get the home inspected by a truly qualified inspector; don’t just look in the yellow pages. One needs to have contacts to point you in the right direction; then, you need a strong mediator to meet your objective of holding the builder accountable.
