I don't think there's a specific list anyone has ever done of the "taste of" events. You've actually missed a few already as many of them are in the March/April timeframe.
But here's some festival lookup links where many of them usually list themselves. Or, you could just Google the ones you're interested in such a "taste of Marietta" in the search field, etc..
This one has a "restaurant talk message board" near the bottom of the page where folks may know of the taste-of events:

The taste of Marietta is usually very good - this year they broke records with over 75,000 people attending it even though it rained. It's unfortunately held the same weekend as the Atlanta Inman Park Festival, but you can do one on one day and the other the next I guess. This was also the first year for the "Taste of West Cobb" which was held at the Avenues of West Cobb shopping area, but I have to say it kind of stunk. Not a lot of participants, parking was horrible, and they forced everyone to buy food tickets in blocks of 20 only ($20 per block). There are lots of others in the metro area though through the year (again, many are in early Spring), so do some searching on the sites.
