Sandy Springs City Council members expressed skepticism about a joint Dunwoody-Sandy Springs economic development strategy, saying that it may be duplicating existing efforts in the Metro Atlanta area.

Curious if part of the skepticism comes from these cities being located adjacent to each other, but located in different counties? Would DeKalb hold an advantage over Fulton or is it a non-issue?

I think it's a non-issue, and Sandy Springs is being it's skeptical selve is all. Seems to be a no-brainer for them to collaborate as much as possible. This the largest concentration of class A office space and white collar jobs between D.C. and Texas.
