I may be signing a contract at Springbrooke Estates in Powder Springs... I made some research on this particular inventory home, it appears that it has been on the market for 313days! The builder is giving me 40k worth of incentives---price of this 4br-2.5bath---288K...is it a good deal? Price was reduced from 330k to 288k
Help...tomorrow we are supposed to sign! ![]() |

I believe I had answered your earlier post about nearby neighborhoods, Powder Springs, etc.
The housing market in the area is very slow right now. Those are higher than normal prices than normal for that area, but the homes are larger too. See the replies to your post from a few days or so ago for comments on that neighborhood. |
