Default Concord Garden Apartment Complex in Smyrna

Concord Garden Apartment Complex in Smyrna. How is that apartment complex? Is it a good place to live? Is it a safe place?

That's an improving part of Smyrna and is safe, though the 4 corners area of S. Cobb and Concord Rd isn't the most attractive but it's about to be redeveloped. There's also a small city park nearby and the Kroger grocery store near there has good prices. King Springs Rd is nearby and it's really nice and it's also near the very attractive covered bridge district. You'd be better off buying a home there at some point to avoid rising rents or the possibility of where you live being cleared for redevelopment. Homes around there have been continually going up in value.

S. Cobb Dr (280) starts getting yuckier around Windy Hill so I wouldn't look for apartments too much farther north than Concord Rd. Church Rd, one block North of Concord Rd, is the border of the really nice (and expensive) part of Smyrna.
