Camden Deerfield and surrounding area... SAFE?!?!
After receiving a number of negative reports about the Holcomb Bridge area apartment complexes, I upped my budget for an apartment.
I like the Camden Deerfield apartments, and was curious as to whether anyone else had a good/bad experience with them (or the surrounding areas).
You guys have been a tremendous help, thank you so much!!

The apartment rating site review page for it can be found HERE.
Keep in mind sometimes people who are half nutty might write reviews on that site, but it's a good resource to look for consistent comments that might point to issues the complex regularly has with residents.
P.S. - You don't need to put a !?!?!? at the end ... we'll answer. ;-)

FWIW, its right next to Milton city hall and a ton of police officers tend to camp out in that area
Also keep in mind that they are in the process of building a Super Target shopping center that literaly almost touches that complex

Yeah, I checked that site, and it looks like all people do is vent about their bad experiences. If I were to go by that site alone, I would think there is nowhere decent to live in the Alpharetta/Roswell area.

The site is good as I said earlier, to look for consistent issues. For example, people who just post, "this place sucks" on it probably aren't worth listening to. Nuts or kids. But if you see 50 posts about a complex that says the maintenance is slow, or 40 posts saying there's a roach problem - then you can start paying attention to it.
Promove I believe is a service some on here have used as well. Promove.com I think is the address. They would no doubt be able to recommend places.
