Can anybody tell me about a few developments we are interested in and have looked at homes in:
Ascot in Suwanee
Lansdowne in Suwanee
Twin Creeks in Sugar Hill
Laurel Park in sugar hill.
My questions: are any of these better than the others for any reason, ie: schools etc.
Are they upscale, middle class, etc.?
are they newer, are any more established and desireable than the others?
which would you recommend for a family with elementary school age kids?
are they close to shopping, highways etc.? Any other info you can think of that would be of help too!
