I'm happy to know that the city I'm moving to has people living in it that are not stuck in the 1950's segregated south. Coming from up north, there is a certain stereotype that Scraper tends to live up to. Luckily just about everyone else I've met in person or on this forum are positive open-minded individuals.
Many on this forum have helped me get to know about the area even before living there. Thank you to all you positive non-Scrapers out there! |

Rcsteiner, Scraper is not posting facts but opinion and I am providing my point of view. I thought this forum was suppose to be light on topics and not racial. No matter what informative and substantive information I could provide people like Scraper will have an ignorant rebuttal.
People like Scraper give the South and America a bad name.

But make no mistake- Georgia is not what it appears from Atlanta. There are very deep and persistant divisions "down" here on both sides and it's up to those who think for themselves to escape. Indeed, Atlanta itself remains divided by I-20 to this day. |
